Resident First Retrofit Toolkit
A toolkit supporting greener, more comfortable homes through meaningful resident engagement, for London's social housing providers.
This toolkit was developed by Warmer Homes London in partnership with the Young Foundation, as a key resource for our Social Housing Fund Strategic Partnership.
The resources were created in close collaboration with members, alongside a resident advisory group, made up of a group of residents, all with lived experience of retrofit.
This toolkit is designed to provide practical guidance and ready-to-use resources, that help support those delivering retrofit to embed a resident-first approach throughout the process.
