Update on Warm Homes: Local Grant

The Warm Homes Local Grant will temporarily close its application portal hosted by DESNZ to applications from London. 

London has received a high volume of applications since the grant became available in June 2025.

Submission of new applications has been temporarily paused while received/current applications are assessed for eligibility. The application portal is expected to reopen in spring 2026. 

London’s Warm Homes: Local Grant programme is delivered by the GLA, with the support of Warmer Homes London. We recognise that this may be disappointing, however, by temporarily closing the portal, it is anticipated that future submissions will be processed more promptly.
